Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request with photos of the product.

  Professional Inspection

  Our logistics team will review your request and verify the condition of the furniture to ensure it is in its original packaging and unused state.

  Collection & Pickup

  Once approved, our specialized furniture couriers will schedule a time to collect the item directly from your home to prevent any transit damage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item arrives at our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
